The Alcohol and Drug Information and Referral Service can direct you to local resources so you can get the help you or someone you know needs. Addiction support workers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can ask them questions about alcohol and drug use, or get information about counselling services, detox centres, treatment centres, and self-help groups.
